These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ProChapters website and all coaching, training, and related services ("Services"). By accessing the website or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

ProChapters provides sales coaching, mentoring, training programmes, and workshops. The scope, duration, deliverables, and fees of any engagement will be confirmed in a separate proposal, service agreement, or booking confirmation.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a productive engagement, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely information relevant to the Services
• Participate fully and attend scheduled sessions as agreed
• Take responsibility for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes arising from the Services

3. Payment Terms

Fees are as stated at the time of booking or in a written agreement.

Unless otherwise specified, full payment is required prior to the commencement of Services.

All payments must be made through ProChapters’ designated payment channels.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

1-To-1 Coaching and Mentoring
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled or missed with less than 48 hours’ notice will be forfeited.

Group Training and Workshops
Registrations are non-refundable and constitute a confirmed commitment. Where notice is provided at least 7 business days prior to the start date, registration may be transferred to a future session, subject to availability.

Refunds
All sales are final. Refunds will only be provided where required by applicable Singapore law.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by ProChapters, including frameworks, content, and training resources, remain our intellectual property.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your personal use in connection with the Services. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use the materials for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer and No Guarantees

The Services are designed to support professional development. ProChapters does not guarantee specific outcomes, sales results, revenue, or career advancement.

All guidance provided is educational and consultative in nature and does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or therapeutic advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Singapore, ProChapters shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damages arising from your use of the website or Services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
