These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ProChapters website and all coaching, training, and related services ("Services"). By accessing our website or engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services
ProChapters provides sales coaching, mentoring, training programs, and workshops. The specific scope, deliverables, duration, and fees for any engagement will be detailed in a separate proposal, service agreement, or booking confirmation.

2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure a productive engagement, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely information necessary for the provision of the Services.

• Actively participate and be fully present during scheduled sessions.

• Take responsibility for your own decisions and outcomes arising from the coaching and training process.

3. Payment Terms

• Fees for Services are as quoted at the time of booking or in a written agreement.

• Unless otherwise stated, payment in full is required to secure and commence Services.

• All payments are to be made through our designated payment channels.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• 1-on-1 Coaching & Mentoring Sessions: Rescheduling requests must be provided with at least 48 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will be forfeited.

• Group Training Programs & Workshops: Your registration is a commitment. Registrations are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to a future session subject to availability, by notifying us in writing at least 7 business days prior to the start date.

• Refunds: All sales are final. Payments for confirmed Services are non-refundable, except as required by Singaporean law.

5. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by ProChapters, including frameworks, worksheets, and training content, are our intellectual property. You are granted a limited license to use these for personal use in connection with the Services. You may not copy, distribute, or use these materials for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer & No Guarantees
The Services are designed to support your professional growth. ProChapters does not guarantee any specific sales results or outcomes. Your success depends on your personal effort and application. 7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the law of Singapore, ProChapters shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services or website.

8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
